    Wow I knew carson would do the job but I went for points instead.

    Stoppage was 6-1 points was 14-1... the difference seemed skewed compared to reality.

    Can't believe jones was the betting underdog, even though I lost my bet it was easy money backing jones.

    I actually think quite highly of Maciel at 154lb and consider him a puncher at the weight, so it does puzzle me that he went twelve with Rose and even allowed it to reach the judges. :think

    Combination of the right tactics from Rose (to survive, mind, not get the W on my card) and La Bestia somewhat punching himself out in the early going and never quite finding enough of a 2nd wind to gain a foothold.

    I think a legit stoppage would have came soon after. Jones is relentless. He wouldn't have let up and Rose wasn't taking those shots well , which was strange. Amdrande tee'd off on him round after round before he got him out.

    Still way to early. Rose could sleep better tonight if he went out on his shield but that stoppage will haunt him for months
