I would say it's a 10 foot adjustable Valeo deluxe speed rope MkII with lightweight moulded handles :good

I would say Floyd is using a 10 foot adjustable Valeo deluxe speed rope MkI with lightweight moulded handles. Not a MkII like the previous clip :good

Viloria had the stiffest competition in his last 3-4 fights and won.

It is still a wonder to me why Ward won the FOTY instead of Viloria.

Theres probably girls who can do that ****.

Boxing is hit and not get hit.

Its not a rope jumping contest.

Also, Brian comes off as a very cool laid-back dude. He isn't uncomfortable in front of the camera with a mic in his face and can handle himself, but doesn't seem like a spotlight seeker.

I think between his demeanor, ability to explain in clear terms, and high boxing IQ, training could be in his future when his career in the ring is over (which shouldn't be for a while yet, even though the little guys do progress more rapidly in "ring years")

....and since a century before you were born, it's something that almost every coach and competitor has found to be of value as part of a boxing workout regimen, because the attributes it helps build up are directly applicable to hitting and not getting hit.

    But you know best, right?

I got just as much respect for the Hawain Punch as Pacman. Viloria can fight he's not jumping rope just to show off.

So why do you think Floyd, Rigo, and Duran jump roped? Because they were big fans of Sesame Street and all of a sudden wanted to double dutch?
