    Round 7

Viloria lands a stiff jab, rocking Romero. That gets a big grin from Romero, who keeps leering even as Viloria jabs him again and keeps him off balance. Romero is circling out to his right and ducking when Viloria throws his jabs but getting hit and rocked off balance by those jabs. Viloria still mildly aping the shoulder roll stance. Romero is waiting on the outside, palms outturned and watching Viloria intently, coiled tensely. Wide jab by Romero, throwing himself off balance as he misses. Romero just doesn't seem to have his footing this round. Viloria bobs on the outside, then puts in a right hand to catch Romero ducking. Romero squats and delivers a straight right to the body from outside. Viloria complains of a low blow but referee Ortega shrugs it off. Viloria lands a soft jab and then sidesteps a Romero hook.

    10-9 Viloria

    69-63 Viloria

Three times now Romero has walked to the wrong stool during the breaks and needed to be pointed in the correct direction. :blood

    Is he...punchy?

That wouldn't work now, maybe a hit of some crys.

The commentators are saying the two wins Viloria has wanted the most on his resume throughout his career have been Calderon (now probably no longer possible) and Romero...

Looks like he's about to get 1 out of 2..

Romero seems to have a habit of punching behind the head during the clinch.
