Cheers I will do - never really got into UFC, MMA etc. - just watched the odd fight when it was on tv and of course the comedy acts from Kimbo and Sapp

As if head movement and strategy are not indicators of a skilled fighter not 'lets trade punches like caveman and see who has the tougher face' bad punching technique and footwork to boot

What you mean the history how it changed or how it was made or just past fighters whats the article on?
There's a documentary out there called Decade of Pride. It used to be posted on Youtube - but has since been removed. It's definitely worth tracking down for a brilliant look at the history of the once great fighting organization.
