u also miss the part in which Danny waves around a blank DVD telling everyone it was a legit blow, stem collision, soft part of skull etc? it would clear Briggs of ANY wrong doing. And as someone else pointed out, wtf didnt he disclose? he was inspected and passed by doctors?

Briggs should do what PJ suggests..

The last article on Briggs i read (maybe about 6 months ago, maybe more), he said he had not recieved a cent for the Green bout.

Can anyone confirm that he actually got paid? Lord knows he wouldnt have had the financial sources to persue legal action if his payment was witheld.

He was broke and an opportunity which lets face it he should never of been offered presented itself came along.
Green knew he was a desperate man as he advanced him 20K. Like Siaca he was taking advantage of someone down on their luck with a profile.

29th of July 2010.:good 8 days after the fight. 7 days after Danny himself said he was felled by a legitimate blow.

ah **** it. pay the man.

when you look at the insurance industry and the ****en scams they run, the people who are homeless because of the qld floods, due to corrupt insurance contracts, then briggs v green was a legit fight.

****en banks ripping off people legally with fee's etc. corporate corruption is rife, and nothing is done. yet green and briggs cop **** from their fight!!

the average joe is picked on like a carcass, by corporate elite vultures, while government either helps them, or stands back and watches.

how briggs green gets so much coverage, while people of se qld sit in shantys because of wealthy insurance crimminals not paying out on REAL claims, is an insight into how the world really works.

Briggs has to "clear" his name. If he admits he took a dive, the mountain of lawsuits from bookies and patrons is unlimited.

He still has $75k thats better than nothing. The bookies might just decide to make an example of him.

He will fight until all his funds are used up. Only then will he stop. The only winners will be the lawyers.

what the hell is the problem? the WA fight body sanctioned the fight. how the hell can they now say it was Briggs fault?

say the AFL decide to allow Dapto into the national AFL comp with the other 18 teams. Then get flogged 320-0 vs Collingwood. The AFL cannot put blame on Dapto, it was the AFL fault for letting them play.

Also, Green has a dam strong jab as show the other night when it wobbled Diablo. It was a glacing punch but it may well still have hurt Briggs.

dont start that rot, it was a tank job & one of the biggest betting scandles this country has ever witnessed, involving a gang that at the time were affilated in some way shape or form with Briggs and his Trainer Hussein.

They cant prove he took a dive, they cleared him after NSW said no, they should fine themselfs, everyone can see they are incompetent fools looking for a scapegoat to pin this sht on.

    :deal

maybe the gun was put to his head to make sure the dive happened in the 1st

those ****stani cricketers are in jail for bowling no balls and betting on it, i dont see much difference here. Briggs is lucky it was only a fine
