BOXING expert Paul Briggs has disappeared from the commentary team on Foxtel's Main Event channel for Anthony Mundine's next fight. We're told Mundine and his manager Khoder Nasser have overlooked Briggs because he tipped Danny Green to beat The Man whenever the rematch takes place. One boxing insider told us: "Briggs was asked who'd win after Green won his comeback fight - so he's been dumped for giving a professional opinion.''

**** I hope this is not true about the reason why. If it is thats ****ed up and should not be I like Briggsy as a commentator I think he gives a fair and just call on all fights and his experience in the ring shows with his commentary.

    Wouldn't surprise me at all.
Didn't Mundine ban Paul Upman from his fights because he rated Green ahead of Mundine?

Mundine is a ******, and I hope to got that we get to break out the tarp for Geale in a few weeks time.

The way the former 'circus' has advanced in complete idiocy, it's now time for the legendary "Mean Gene" Oakerland" to control the reigns, and allow the other well payed, muffled buffoons to **** in Khoders deep pocket.

Its a total FKN joke...... we just dance to the tune!!

You words give reason for Briggs remaining in the clownship.

Fine, its all a shithouse money making scene. Its so fkn Americanised and pathetic, we are deserved of one commentator with differed views.

Briggs is a class act as a boxing commentator. He is not a circus performer which you need to be when involved in any way with a Mundine show.

Yeah no surprise since Barry Michael ALWAYS does Mundines fights because he sucks on Mundine and loves him.

Do ppl honestly think Mundine would tell someone not to have Briggs on the commentary team because of this reason. No ****ing way he would. He was questioned about the ban of the Aust anthem and he said "nah i dont know anything about that you would have to ask my team" We now have a similar situation here.

Mundine eassssy win over Geale :deal:hi:

I think it's going to be a much closer fight than the first, and if Green can get back to where he was a year ago, I wouldn't be surprised if he does him.

How many ****ing Tiger fans are there here?!?! :-(

You guys should do what yas did in 1909, and not show up. It won't be too detrimental on your for and against that way. :yep
