trumpy needs to learn how to articulate his words better. Again, that is jut a point of view, nobody apart from those intimately involved in the situation know what happened , and the rest is just conjecture
Only my point of view mate , theres many other points of view , but when push comes to shove , would'nt mind betting i'm not to far of the mark Regards articulate my words better , its a boxing forum mate , i left school at 14, did'nt know i had to pass a test to post here , ,, in fact with the lifestyle i led , its a wonder i can even read and write . Lighten up i thought it was mainly pompous yanks and poms who worry about grammer on a boxing site
Wrong again. Danny paid all money due, he had to when confronted the next day at his home by Briggs and his handlers. :good
Mate you made yourself loud and clear and I agree with your point of view. There's no known way Briggs was legitimately hurt from that, no matter how far gone he was. The punch didn't ****ing land at all. He was looking for an easy pay day and wasn't going to get hurt in the process. What you said about him using the only commodity he had available to him to get some money ie his name is spot on, only that commodity is completely ****ed now. Briggs' name is the first one to spring to mind when you think of gutless efforts and con jobs. It's a pity when you remember his epic wars with Adamek and others but he brought it all on himself along with Green and co. They all should hang their heads in shame.
It's a pity the pathetic IBO got away scot free in this whole saga. They sanctioned this along with the Siaca fight. The other orgs are bad too but these 2 'world title' fights were a joke.
i didn't mean to have a go at him it was just extremely hard for me to read it thats all. As i said, it's purely opinion, I'm sure both parties involved would take the whole saga back if they could but imo we shouldn't judge the merits of each fighter on this fight , they both conducted themselves admirably throughout their careers and fought good fighters, whether winning or losing. It was hugely regrettable for boxing in australia , but people tend to forget things very quickly, and that is the best outcome in this situation
The best outcome from this was Danny had to fight real opponents to save his legacy, and respect to him for doing so
