From the site that brings news about fights:

Former heavyweight champion of the world Shannon Briggs (51-6-1, 45 KOs) and wife Alana Briggs arrived moments ago to Newark, New Jersey international airport. Briggs has been in Germany since his loss to WBC champion Vitali Klitschko (41-2, 38 KOs) on October 16th. Briggs suffered multiple injuries as a result of the fight with the most serious being a torn left bicep which he had surgery on. Briggs contacted Fightnews upon entering the airport arrivals terminal. “We are happy to be back home. Germany was great! We are in New Jersey to pick up our two sons, 13-year-old Chan and 4-year-old Caden. Right now no decisions will be made on whether I will continue boxing or not. We will go home and rehab and sit down with the family and make that decision at a later date. I feel great! Like I could fight next week! For now I will stay busy with my business ventures and continue to promote Zivair and put the finishing touches on my wife’s skin care line. Thanks to my fans for all the support and love I received from around the world. It made me realize how many people I touched. I just want you all to know how much you have touched me.”

Good luck to him. he could probably make a fair bit of money knocking cans the **** out but i can't see him competing for a title again. I really like how honest and down to earth he seems

Well, Germany is great. As long as you stay away from Prussians.

Briggs has a differant definition than I for visiting foreign countries.Being beaten half to death and taken to hospital is not my idea of having a great time.:nut
