Bean wouldnt know how to stay away from anyone.

He was in Holyfields chest from bell to bell. Same with Moorer. Sadly, the little guys didnt have any power whatsoever to deter him.

Briggs has more power at 43, roided to the gills, than prime Holyfield had ALSO roided to the gills. :patsch:patsch:patsch

how to cut your own throat - offer chisora, KJ and CHARR as evidence of klitschkos strength of title resume.

I don't even need to bother

Why not? He's a former heavy weight champ that has gone undefeated in his comeback. A great sell... plus he's just as good as the chumps klit has fought. At least Briggs is coming to fight!

You guys allow GGG to fight washed up boxers and applaud him.. as well as Pac man vs Rios and Chris Algeria. But you guys poo poo on Rigo beating the best...

Rocky marciano fought plenty of garbage guys and he's herald as a great fighter... Briggs should get a chance plus the build up would be FANTASTIC.

A stain on the short is allowing Lampley to continue to degrade great fighters... and push GGG and Canelo fake hype... and not push Ax Man Walters, Rigo real champs....!

Wlad himself has made it quite clear that this is not a fight he wants. But Briggs has done a good job to promote a potential fight and put his name in the mix without actually beating a decent fighter in years.

Wlad's manager Bernd Bonte has said he'd be open to the idea of Briggs as a voluntary and clearly the German boxing fans want the fight for some god awful reason.

Should the fight happen it would be by far the worst defence of Wlad's reign. Briggs is shot and would lose to any top 20 fighter. His last opponent was the best since his come back and Petranyi lost his previous fight to a 5 fight novice. That's how shot Briggs is, his handlers won't even let him in against an opponent who can beat a novice. That novice that beat Petranyi also lost his next fight.

Briggs even in his prime was only good enough to draw with Botha. Can you imagine Wlad fighting Botha now? Botha has lost his last 6 fights but against opposition that are mostly far superior to Briggs. This is how shot Briggs is now, Briggs now is total garbage.

hes not coming to fight, hes coming to gass after 300 seconds of lumbering.

whilst its ture hes not far off a klitshko chump...unnng.

I cannot believe that in a thread where the intention consensus is to laugh at briggs hes actually getting support from minorities. Do you really want to water down the world title to subcounty level?

Briggs has got a really good chance of having a asthma attack at the end of the second round.

To be fair to Briggs he showed he can still go 12 rounds when he went the distance with Raphael Zumbano Love.

The embarrassing thing is Zumbano Love has been KO'ed twice since going the distance with Briggs, once against a guy who Arreola KO'ed in 1 round. That right Briggs is being taken the distance by guys who get KO'ed by guys who can't go 3 mins with Arreola. Briggs is beyond shot.

The only way I would be ok with this fight as a Klitschko fan (although by this point its mainly residual, Povetkin "Fight" ruined it for me), is if he knocks out Fury beforehand.

If he knocks out fury and wilder, I'll be okay with him fighting whomever he wants until some new hope arrives, as there will be no virgins left in the division.
