Shannon really seems to be pushing the "I have asthma" card. is it for when he losses on saturday he has a nice place to fall. "Well I did my best for a fighter with Asthma"......

this is what Vitali was talking about. Shannon talks about asthma and how he deals with it... but when things get tough or go wrong it becomes an excuse

Briggs really needs to drop this.

Yes it is a hinderence but you can still work around it.

Briggs has shocking stanima and he blames it on his asthma when really the main reason is he doesn't do enough cardio and has far to much muscle.

Briggs seems to think that asthma is completly debilitating but there are a number of asthmatic athletes who have forged successful careers including Paula Radcliffe, Mark Spitz and Jackie Joyner Kersee.

If Paula Radcliffe can win a marathon against the best runners in the world with asthma then i am sure that Briggs could probably throw more than 15 punchers a round with it if he just trained a bit better.

Well Shanny, name me one HW who put on 70 pounds of muscle as a "side-effect" of asthma medicine.

I am a big Klitschko fan. Have been since their amateur days and it takes little prompting for me to find a myriad of character faults with thier upcoming and potential opponents, as I have done with Briggs. Playing the asthma card has been one of them but in all honesty it really is pretty incredible he has accomplished what he has. As I understand it he does suffer from a rather severe case of this crippling malady.

pretozone I think is the Seroid used to treat asthma, there may be others. Steroids are use to strengthen the lungs in asthmatic. So, I would expect him to test positive.

Tell me one asthmatic who bitches about it as much as Briggs. Just one!

I know someone who has cancer and, I swear to God, I've not heard her mention it as often as I've heard Briggs cry about this.

Just shut the **** up Shannon.
