The Klitschko's may not be the most exciting boxers (key word BOXERS) but they are great fighters, that could give alot of heavies from the past trouble.

Im so sick of the hate they get man.

Let it go folks, the heavies suck, the Klitschko's dominate, and thats how will stay for awhile.

If you dont like it. dont watch the heavies, or better yet, pick a new sport to hate on everyone that does good in it.

Why is it so hard for some people to give the Ko bros some sort of credit?

I like the Klitshcko's alot. I do wish they would just unleash a bit more but can't have everything. Glad to see a bit of class at the top level. Not their fault they dont have any good challengers

The brothers do indeed deserve credit. They get alot of flack but who can they face to improve their credibility? David haye? Thats about it. They are in a no win situation. wladamir fights the way to win it does not always please but his style always gets the win and thats whats important but ultimately not pleasing.

    Pretty much this.

Everyone keeps beating a dead horse with the "the Ko bro's competition sucks", or "they're fighting another shitty opponent", no **** people, there is no competition.

Stop blaming the Klitschko's for being dominant when there isn't anyone noteworthy to fight.

In 10 years time people will remember the domination of the Klits rather than the boredom of their reign

So long as youtubers can cut out the boring **** outta their fights and just replay the KO's, then its inevitable that time will favour the Clit brothers

    You beat me to it.

Remember how Lewis held the HW division hostage toward the end of his career by being inactive? People were up in arms then, but seem to remember him fondly now.

I don't have anything against the Klits, they are just dominating in a shite era. As Iron Mike said, what justifies a great fighter isnt necessarily their perfect records or domination, it the excitement they produce. Greatness = Excitement. Unfotunately the Klits are severely lacking in that.

Vitali and Wladimir both gave horrifying beatings to their last opponents, to the point where lots of people were worried about Briggs and Peter after the fights. If you want someone to blame, then blame Haye, Povetkin, Solis and Valuev

But the greatness (when used for an exciting fighter) is only in peoples eyes, not that exciting fighter's skill level necesarily.

As most know Gatti is my most beloved boxer, his heart was great, in terms of excitement, he was great. But I know his boxing ability wasn't great, merely above average.

Just because a fighter isn't exciting, doesnt mean he can't be great/legendary.

For instance, Duilio Loi probably wasn't the most exciting fighter watching him live, but I wouldn't dare say he was only a so/so overall boxer because of his low ko percentage.

****, I was on the edge of my seat, nervous I was about to witness a fighter lose his life.
