Briggs: "They are great fighters and great champions who are good for boxing"

ok guys! list the possible HWs today that could be world champs if the brothers were not around

 

almost everybody does give them credit. It's just that this forum is full of people who don't even like boxing and don't know anything about any other boxers but the Klitschko's. These people make them out to be better and "greater" than they are, make their opponents out to be better than they are (see all the crap talked about Briggs since Vitali fought him and all the crap talked about the likes of Sanders just because he beat Wlad) and many of the right minded boxing fans feel obliged to argue against them.

The Klitschko's are good boxers but when there are threads titled "vitali #1 - Wlad #2 all time great heavyweights" what can be expected other than an incredulous backlash?

 

Imagine that. People would think heavyweight titles were given away with every happy meal.

Watch out man they will look for anything they can to demean you ,there are 90% haters on ESB and they will not say for the real reasons they hate , they will never give them credit no matter what, but they take the truth to be hard, so they keep hating , and because they cant take it out on the fighters(Klits) they try to demean the fans.

because you know it all , right:good i fought for 7 yrs and have been a fan of the sport for ever and just see things realisticly about the 2 brothers and you dont agree so the rest of us are ignorant cuz we speak our truth. just because we don't sit and dwell on the fighters of the past but instead we talk about who is dominating now, we no nothing else but the klitschkos? whatever make's you feel superior man :roll:

 

if the brothers where not around is the key to that statement!

 

They may be the most divisive fighters in the sport, albeit unintentionally. Very few fans seem to feel the way I do about them-just okay. It seems like it's either crazy-assed fanboys or ridiculous detractors. I don't get it, really, either side there.

 

How do you know? What if everyone in 70th were **** and only because of this Ali and co looked good and in reality they all ****?

 

...You know how sometimes you have one guy arguing with embarrassing logic and you want the guy that is offering a counterargument to not have embarrassing logic but instead they have just as embarrassing an illogical argument and you want to kick both of them in the face? Because I feel like that on every Klitschko thread.
