I dont think he ever actually got done for any crimes, but according to his book and im sure if you ask many people who around Brisbane at the time he was a Standover man.

 

If there is any truth to the rumour u mentioned of Briggsy being ko'd in training then things become ever so clear on lastnights result.

Man the poor bloke must be in some hole financially to risk his health and blow his legacy like he did lastnight..Looking like another one of those sad sad boxing stories we hear all the time..

Just heard that exact line on NBN news.

This situation is an ugly mess to be honest. I've been getting **** all day from my mates and whats the right things to tell them? It's not boxing in general, just aussie boxing. That's a hard thing to defend and represent the sport when this **** happens.

This might seem harsh but if Katisidis or Darchinyan want to call themselves proud aussies, they have to put some work in the domestic scene, someone needs to put Geale in power, ffs put Bika back in line, theres the right talent there. Why isnt it's being utilized? :huh
