Every fighter drops out of the ratings after 12 months inactivity. If a fighter is then re-activated his points are then calculated minus the percentage drop for each year out, hence the reason when Philip Holliday came back he did not have enough points because of his time out to contest any title and why they went to the WBO for the Colomban fight. I know you are either really thick or just deliberately obtuse so I hope this explains something to you as wasting time and energy on a git such as yourself is really not what I want to do
