Briggs a guy who likes to fight with his jab hand at his waist, and no head movement trying to fight on his back foot. He is not slick enough to employ back foot, and low jab hand, and he stands straight up.
Leapai could very well outwork him over ten rounds as Briggs is well known for his low punch output, and fighting in spurts.

I'd love to see Leapai KO the loud mouthed fool.

hardly a testament to anything other than the persistence of a man that has to make a living. If he was fighting and beating top guys, like Hopkins does at 50, then we would be talking.

Which reminds me...how bad is the light heavyweight division? with all those top cats losing to a pensioneer.

Asthma Briggs won't make it to the 10th. Either he ends this early or he loses a UD.

He went the distance with Vitali 3,5 years ago.

Briggs ended up in the hospital, that fight should have been stopped. Briggs took a lot of damage in that fight, badly beaten up. Don't know for sure if he would beat Leapai because of that bad beating Vitali gave him............

Yes, ofcourse the fight should have been stopped earlier. But that doesn't change the fact he 'made' it to distance.

Leapai in a stoppage similar to the Travis Walker fight (which actually is legit on Leapai's behalf).

I can't believe he's getting attention, that's proof right there how crap the division is.

His punch output went to zero by round 6. The only way Briggs can win this is by early KO.

in 60 fights Briggs has beaten 2 guys in the top 10
48 year old Foreman (who he ran from the entire fight)
    21-1 novice White Wolfe
Briggs is the most over rated guy ever. but he knows how to crush cans. anything else, history will tell you he doesnt win. FACT
