    Don't waste your time arguing with him mate. Let him believe it if he wants to. Everytime he expresses that opinion he shows his limited knowledge of the ability, mentality and history of the fighters involved.

    I asked him about 5 times yesterday to name the Audley Harrison fights (or even just one fight) that he's seen that made him think anything other than what actually happened might occur. Funny enough he ignored that question, everytime.

    No it's called a stab in the dark and not actually knowing what you're talking about.

    David "the Fixmaker" Haye. I guess this alias should be made official now.

    He didn't need to fix the fight, but there are CRAZY odds for round betting, and Haye admitted he bet on the 3rd round, told his family to bet on the 3rd round, and told his friends to bet on the 3rd round, and after 2 rounds of nothing with the ref warning them to start fighting, all of the sudden it's over in the 3rd with Haye opening up, nodding 'now' or something to Audley, and Harrion pretty much offering himself with no resistance, no grabbing, no punching back. Haye likely made tons of money off the round betting. How can you NOT find it at least a bit suspicious? Professional boxing is dirty business and worse things have happened in the past.

    oh just shut up. your boy could of done a "tomasz bonin" on harrison but for some odd reason he didn't. that itself to me is suspicious. but i don't care, cause if anyone here on this forum is still a david haye fan after that farce of a title defense, than you must be either of good relation to david or just a pure cocksucker. there is no excuse for this.

    so much for "saving the hw division", hes the one ruining it, not the brothers.

    Well, that's why Haye had to remind him to go down in the third. The poor man simply wasn't sure what round it was...:smoke

    I have issues with this article. Namely the blame attached to Haye for taking Audley to task.

    The article states that Audley didnt have to take the fight, but he's got a wife and kids to feed. Well, apply that same logic to Haye. Easy pay day, sort himself and his family out. It's a risky business, so why give Haye sh!t for taking easy money when he could effectively die any day on the job.

    If the author has any gripes it should be with the authorities that sanctions and lincenses such boxers and fights. It was obvious to anyone that had seen Audley box before that he didnt stand a chance in this fight. Dont have a go at Audley for not making it competitive. Dont have a go at Haye for taking advantage. Dont have a go at the spectators for being blood thirsty.

    The only, valid criticisms, can be levelled at;

    (1) the media for hyping the fight so much, when it was very obvious what was going to happen;
    (2) the governing bodies for sanctioning such a fight.

    Now, can we move on from this routine defence of a title (take away the hype and that's all it is) and move onto something more interesting.

    :rofl

    My boy,what the **** are you actually talking about?

    I've done nothing but say the fight was a ****ing pisstake, a missmatch and an exploitation of gullible non-boxing fans who thought they was paying for a an even match. That Haye has proven to be nothing but mouth at heavyweight and that I couldn't give a **** what he does until he gets in the ring with one, or both of the bros.

    But if you actually interpret that as condoning the fight, or David Haye then you sir are a ****ing ****** :hi:

    the fight was stupid and everyone knew what was gonna happen but it is not illegal to bet on yourself and haye just decided what round he was gonna knock him out and he put some money on it.

    :good He's usually a VERY good poster but when it comes to Haye...:lol:

    The amount of money he made just from the PPVs and ticket sales is crazy for fighting a guy like Audley, I don't see why he would want to bet on it as well. Also, if a lot of people bet large sums of money on a particular round you'd expect the bookies to pick it up.

    I'm not saying he didn't bet but we don't know for sure. It is very possible though that he told his friends that I'm going for a 3rd round KO.

    However, Audley didn't take a dive IMO. If you saw him after the fight he was ****ing distraught and close to tears.
