Haye is very accurate with his punches. more so than Adamek. Haye will rarely waste a punch. The only time you see Haye miss is when he goes for the kill when he has his man staggering.

Heart to fight is what will get Adamek in trouble against Haye

Boxing intelligence is very very questionable. If you call hanging your chin out to dry to land your own shots boxing intelligently then you must think that Ricky Hatton is a genius.

Just when you thought the gf couldn't stoop any lower you come across a dumb ass statement like this!:patsch

Check out Haye vs Fragomenni and then say he has no balls. Also vs Mormeck.

EDIT: Haye vs Adamek is a great matchup but I doubt it will happen.

Even if I agreed with your checklist (*which I don't), your last comment lacks the slightest bit of objectivity.

It's true that Haye's advantage in speed & power COULD offset Adamek's superior chin & stamina, but this is by NO MEANS a given. There's a flip side to that equation you've conveniently ignored.

You're entire argument (which is being shared by many like-minded Haye fans) is predicated on the idea that Adamek is some slow uncoordinated bum who has no chance of standing up to Haye's power. I reject this argument on its face. Maybe Haye would overwhelm Adamek with power, but that's hardly a given.

You people act as if Haye's power is on par with Wlad's!

David Haye is far to overrated by his fans, he is ordinary in many ways...and TBH I think even someone like John Ruiz will be able to beat him...David Haye is most reminiscent of Michael Spinks at Heavyweight....getting real close decisions and end up getting crushed when he faces the best. David Haye cant beat the Klitschko's and he might not be able the likes of Adamek and Ruiz....he should take the money and run like Spinks did with Tyson and end up with the same results.

How can i guy be over rated when out of 24 fights has lost once(early on in his career), has a near flawless knockout percentage and is now a two weight world champion.
Winning 3 out of 4 belts at cruiser of which he had to go to the chmpaions backyard in france to win..showing heart and determination coming off the canvas to win.
If anything haye is underrated by most on this site.
So what exactly has adamek done to be that of greater statue to Haye? Surely if haye is overrated then adamek must be on level par!:nono

If you can't see skill in Hayes boxing then it is safe to say that the closest you have been to boxing is watching from your armchair. Anyone that has boxed or been around boxing from a closer capacity than arm chair fan can see Haye has skill and to suggest he doesn't just shows a lack of knowledge.
Adameks workrate and tenacity would play straight into Hayes hands. Haye wouldn't have to go looking for his man, has a longer reach, faster hands and very good timing and could pick Adamek off on his way in, also Haye has quick feet as we found out this weekend so he should be more than well equiped to keep Adamek out of range whilst doing damage as he comes in.
I wouldn't completely right Adamek off i would give him a decent chance to win as i do in most fights involving 2 skiled boxers... But the mix of styles and things i've mentioned in this thread i think makes Haye the probable victor

I'm being objective and out of the 2 fighters of whom i have watched many fights i believe Haye has the tools to beat Adamek. I think it would be a good fight but i think Hayes speed, power and timing would end up stopping Adamek (you also seem to forget that Haye has not always fought big, slow and dumb fighters like Valuev but a massive percentage of all of those got put on their bum). The only way i can see Adamek beating Haye is by trying to box him because rushing him is the wrong thing to do against a fast puncher, with heavy hands and good accuracy/timing, But i'm not all that sure Adamek could outbox Haye. Just my opinion... unlike many my view of Hayes ability is not blinded by the dislike of his mouth

    :rofl

sadly I can invision Haye taking this route, throw in Luan Krasniqi and Francois Botha somewhere in the mix, all the while his deluded Brit fans praising him as the saviour of the heavyweight division, its quite laughable.

yeah, cause when he fought thompson he was in a great condition :D anyway this fight won't happen, or at least not in a near future... i see it now. Haye would be too scared about his jaw to fight somebody like adamek, chambers or klitchos.

What the **** are you talking abot..talk about an adamek nut hugger!
The thomposn fight was years ago..like his 11th fight and he gassed trying to knock the guy out!
If haye was so scared of his chin then why on earth did he fight someone 90lbs heavier than him and a foot taller with good reach! Eddie chambers has less pop on his punches than bloody valuev!
Stop preaching for your man and be objective for once!

Make no mistake, this IS potentially the most exciting fight that can be made in the heavyweight division.

agree, either Klitschko will mutilate Haye. Adamek and Haye are more evenly matched and will be guaranteed fireworks. Every single one of Adamek's fights are thrillers, and he can do it in different ways, styles. Haye is exciting too when he wants to be. They have to make this one.

I'd like to see Adamek one more time against a legit threat, until than I'd favor Haye.
