I got mass respects for Kova

    Future HoF

But Canelo speed/Defense will be too much

He stops Kova with brutal body shots...

Kovalev just KO'd a Cruiserweight with a jab. Canelo is a pudgy Light Middleweight. with a terrible gastank

Canelo will become a slow plodding fighter at 175. Two weight class jumps, for a man that is already built like a pebble, seems like a bad move. A rehydration clause and a weight limit change to 168 may be Canelos only way to defeat Kovalev.

I am afraid Kovalev won't train hard for that fight knowing that is his last and he gets the big money.

the jokes on him on Canelo then!
Kovalev is a fairly small LHW so that wouldnt be an issue what so ever.

At this point Kovalev has no where near the gas tank that GGG has. I am not a Canelo fan by any stretch but he will stop Kovalev by TKO in the later rounds after consistent body work in the early half of the fight.

How many rounds do you think that kovalev would survive canelo's bodywork?

I can see the future, and the future is kovalev thorwing up vodka on the public sit on ring chairs.

Btw, canelo can parry this jab with his eyes closed. It's a very good jab, extremelly good, but always the same jab.

a man who just took body shots from a natural light heavy will be hurt by a middle weight who did not even hurt fellow middle weight golovkin? yeah i doubt that.

    Can’t believe I’m saying this, but I don’t disagree.

Canelo has the best head and upperbody movement in boxing today. Kovalev, while he’s much bigger, stronger and his jab is much stiffer than GGG’s, he’s much more predictable, has far lesser conditioning and his infighting is much weaker. With Canelo’s consistent body work, a stoppage win for him isn’t out of question, even without a catchweight and rehydration clause.

I have only 1 question. Why Canelo didn't even thinking about fighting with Kovalev before? :)

I favor Kovalev but he has no inside game and his body is glass
