Featherweight is a competitive division. 130 is not competitive.

¿ Can you explain what are Gamboa's " flaws " ¿ It's his defence , footwork , conditioning , chin or what ? I'm having a hard time trying to think of one , sure is not perfect ( nobody is ) but he seems a pretty sound and well schooled boxer to me , if there's a flaw ( if you can call it that ) in him it's his DISCIPLINE inside the ring , imo he has to check on his emotion and stop throwing punches once his oponent is down , it can cost him dearly in the future . Once again I ask you ¿ what flaws you see in him ? . It can't be his defence , Gamboa has right now one of the tightest defense in the game ,
¿ did you see in the first round against Solis how he backed up when Solis threw those straight rights at the end of the round ? , ¿ did you see his waist movement ? , we can argue that his only defense flaw was his habit of keeping his hands down too often , but since Salido he's been keeping them up , so it can't be defence , so it must be his footwork , then again : ¿ did you see how he moved against Salido ? , ¿ how he used his ring knowledship to his advantage ? Salido came 12 pounds over the limit for that fight so Gamboa knew he had to move him around a bit , he also realised from the 2nd round that Salido had a very good chin , so a ko was difficult , so he boxed him , he changed his rithym a lot in that fight and it confused Salido , another recent example of Gamboa's FENOMENAL footwork is his figh with Solis , ¿ did you see the end of the 3rd round ? , how Gamboa was dancing to his laterals before downing Solis with that beautifull 1/2 ?. That shows not only Gamboa's perfect footwork but also he has power in BOTH hands , ¿ what about his so called " weak " chin ? , ¿ did you see the 3rd round against Salido how he got caught with the same combination that floored Lopez ?, Gamboa not only withstood it but he also contraattacked Salido with a combo of his own , so I don't think what you are talking about , you are making yourself look stupid with those hatefull comments and your post about ALL cuban boxers being overrated ( despite the mountains of evidence and opinions of boxing trainers Amateurs and Pros saying otherwise ) just shows that your comments are biased , even if Gamboa defeats Paquiao , Vitaly and Mayweather in 6 months you will still find faults with him ( or ANY cuban boxer for that matter ) so your " opinions " don't really matter , people like youself are better served when they are IGNORED .
