    JMM is the best lightweight as of now and dominate. Maidana is on and off and last night just proved that. JMM takes EM apart if they were to fight now though prime for prime I'm picking Morales.

    i still want to see them fight, anyway marquez is much older than morales, and morales is also a veteran fighter .... as they say... styles a make fight

    JMM struggles with Katsidiz, Morales is still better than Katsidiz, I would say Morales beats him.

    In the end, Morales couldn't beat Maidana.

    Marquez is king at lightweight, went down to Kats once before beating him like a drum.

    He owns Erik. Should have happened a ways back.

    maidana was awful really, and he still won. we shouldn't get carried away with morales' performance. morales loss of reflexes and speed and not being able to fight a full round will stand out and be shown up a lot more against a calculated and skillful fighter like Marquez.

    **** Marquez he had his chance, plus a matchup between Marquez and Guerrero would be a lot better.

    i agree. that will be the last great fight for the great morales. it will complete the circle between the four horsemen (pac, jmm, morales, barrera) of this era.

    prob is marquez already had the opportunity to fight morales twice but backed out both times due to asking for too much money.
