There is a reason Vitali made Wlad fight Haye. Haye wins by Brutal KO

 

haye could beat him. will i be surprise if vitali wins, no. haye's problem is that he is not too confident in the ring sometimes. if he uses his speed, boxes intelligently, moving in and out, he could give vk problems. but, if he runs like a *****, vk wins.

 

Haye's punches are far too wild to catch Vitali. Vitali wins via stoppage.

On a side note though: Since Haye is no longer a champion he will be looking at 30% of the purse here. Therefore, what is the likelihood of him bitching out of this fight and it never happening? - "I don't do slave contracts etc.."

 

i think people are going to be very surprised at how poorly a haye v vitali fight would sell if haye dosnt beat at least 2 top 10 guys to earn it

One successful counter-punch by Vitali on in-flying, unbalanced Haye and the fight is over.

Wlad can't counter and that's basically the reason why Haye picked him first.

 

Vitali would win because he would zero in first with his power. Vitali crowds you when he pressures you, and it wouldn't be as easy for Haye to slip his punches, as Vitali feints before almost every punch he throws, so you never know when its coming.

Vitali's awkwardness is his effectiveness

 

Or maybe Haye fought Wlad for a reason?

 

I don't see how Hayes style would win him the fight. I see it giving Vitali early problems (missing punches) but I just dont see a way Haye could win this one.

In order to beat a Klitshcko (Vitali especially) one must be prepared to accept a LOT of damage. Haye's mentality is simply not in the right place to do it. If his one lucky punch strategy failed to work with Wlad, what is he gonna come up with vs iron-chinned Vitali?
