BRINGING BOXING back to the real Mecca, New York, NEW YORK

MSG had some of the greatest fights in boxing history !

 

So did Yankee Stadium & Ebbets Field.

Be nice if pro boxing can be brought back to big venues like those, again.

 

Remember the Cotto fight at. Yankee stadium few yrs back that was pretty cool ..I'd like to see that as well ..Look how well Hockey did in those stadiums why can't boxing do that again

 

The original MSG was indeed the mecca of boxing . It was every fighters dream to headline at MSG. That was in the days when we had one world champion at every weight & the world heavyweight champion was classed as the supreme athlete.
