I'm more than happy with the weekly format, but if it means keeping the thread alive then I have no problem reverting to a fortnightly set-up.

Great fight choice but you should replace the Youtube vid with these ones :thumbsup I uploaded the other one and the quality is embarrasing.....Waynebedfire uploaded a perfect quality one.

As long as you get 10+ scoring each week than carry on IMO, people will start comin back in when they realise their missing all the fun. :yep....could go in between 1 and 2 weeks and make it a 10 day scoring period. Might help

    Tapia-Ayala I is awesome

Losfer theres no need to make it tougher on yourself either. I dont know about the rest of the guys but Im certainly not bothered by the average score and stuff. Just say the posters scores. No need to get the calculator out. Id be happy to give you a hand as well

    Right, here are the results:

    Beeston Brawler: 115-114 J.M. Marquez
    Godfather: 115-114 Pacquiao
    Guy: 114-113 Pacquiao
    SandyCraddock: 114-113 Pacquiao
    ultimate buzz: 114-113 J.M. Marquez
    Tommy O C: 114-113 Pacquiao
    D-MAC: 114-114 EVEN
    Grievesy: 114-113 J.M. Marquez
    robpalmer135: 114-113 J.M. Marquez
    antcull: 115-114 Pacquiao
    Boxingnut5: 114-114 EVEN
    Losfer_Words: 116-112 J.M. Marquez
    ricardoparker93:114-113 Pacquiao

Out of the 13 who scored the fight, 6 scored it for Pacquiao and 5 scored it to Juan Manuel Marquez. Two scorecards were EVEN.

Brit Forum Average Scorecard: J.M. Marquez 113.9 - 113.7 Pacquiao

Please let me know if you see any mistakes.

Rob Palmer, please could you tally your score up next time as it makes it a little easier for me as I had to write your entire scorecard out and add everything up for you. Thank you again, everyone:good.

I have to agree. I found the 7th most difficult to score as well.
Sorry, mate. Thanks for reminding me:oops:.

All right, I'll change it. Thanks for the heads-up. Didn't know you had a youtube channel. Take that, Ishy.

What shall we do then? Let this one run for a week and let Froch-Kessler run for a fortnight as an experiment to see if more people score the fight? That said, I think more people will score Froch-Kessler anyway:think.

Tommy, calculating the averages isn't that tasking, TBH. The hardest thing is trying to keep on top of everyone's scorecards. In a really sad way I am actually quite interested in the average collective scorecard anyway:lol:. I have it very easy compared to Kos with his Fantasy League thread and Mandanda and LP_1985 with the Prospects thread. **** tallying them up; I hate maths enough as it is:lol:.

Id also expect the numbers to go up for Froch-Kessler. Im not worried which way you play it as regars one week or two.
I actually only paid attention to the average score on this fight and it is interesting. Even though more people scored it for Paquiao, Marquez wins on the average scorecard

That would be Losfer's unusually wide 116-112 scorecard for Marquez at work.:hey

 After reading everyone else's scorecards I knew I'd get stick off of at least one person. In fairness, if I had scored the round I had even to Pacquiao, then my scorecard would have blended in much more:bart. I now expect a thorough Brit forum investigation into my impartiality in scoring JMM fights.

Honestly, that's the way I genuinely saw the fight, though. I was as fair as I could be. I still remember how upset I was after I watched it live at the time and then the next day:lol:.

    Sound, mate.

What you have to ask yourself is if the KD punch was more significant than anything the downed fighter has landed. Sometimes one punch can decide a round. If it's a flash KD and the downed fighter has clearly got the better of the round then it's only fair for him to get a point for the round.

Post your scorecard in the future if you disagree with everyone else. You scored some of the fights before, fella. You are welcome to participate again:good.
