    :lol::lol:

    Who should train Cotto now? Will this affect his preparation for the Clottey fight? Smashed his car window? That's one angry uncle!

    Roach would be a good man for Cotto. I think he would be the ideal person to work with a fighter of Cotto's style.

    What an arsehole of an uncle.

    I don't think it'll affect him, mentally he's very, very tough is Cotto.

    I think it's good news, keeping him is only a hinderance if Evangelista's that much of a *****.

    He can find a better trainer anyway. Perhaps Nazeem Richardson? He'd be able to devise a great gameplan and get the best out of Cotto's offensive arsenal.

    Won't affect Cotto at all. He's a pro, and Clottey isn't a hard fighter for an opponent to figure out.

    I think Nazeem has his merits, but to me he's more of a mentor/tactician than somebody that is going to train a fighter through the entire process. I really think he's in his element with wise old heads like Mosley and Hopkins, where he can lean on them as much as they do him.

    I still don't think Cotto is the finished article, he has improvement in him, he needs somebody more full-time. The Wildcard gym would be good for him. I also feel like he still has problems with weight, Roach is proven to be good at hitting weight, and his formula for aggressive boxer types is proven. I just don't know if he has the time for him with Khan, Pacquiao being big jobs and then the other guys around the gym too.

    But Clottey wont have cement in his gloves like Marge did :good

    I liked the bit on the main story on ESB front page which said his uncle 'threw a breeze block at Miguel' and then in the next sentence 'his uncle went to hospital' reckon Miguel did some sparring that day after all!

    We are talking about Clottey, not Margarito.

    Instead of making lame sarcastic commets, why not explain why you think losing Evangellista will effect Cotto's ability to defeat Clottey?

    I agree with TFFP by the way, I think Roach-Cotto would be a good way to go.

    Mayweather's a clown. I don't think his personality and Cotto's would gel particularly well.

    Let's wait and see what he does with Hatton first.

    he might be a clown but hes a great trainer and i think him and cotto would get on fine really as he only does that acting in front of teh camera, i agree if we see what he does with hatton and its a good job he could do alot for Cotto

    what about Roger Mayweather a great defensive coach could really sharpen up Cottos defence and fine tune his jab

    Can't see that working at all. Mayweather and Cotto would have a personality clash. Cotto is a serious dude, he isn't going to want to listen to Senior's incoherent poetry recitals.
