USA dominated every division from welter and up from 1900-1990, then the USSR dissolved and produced some good fighters, especially in the higher weight class. Right now half the legit world champions are American (in all weight classes)

The US dominated because the WBC is an american orgainsation. The Mob wouldnt even allow the title to leave in the 30's to 50's. And this is with internet and tv, 50 years ago with limited TV and no internet how did the americans who even today refuse to aknowledge and give none american fighters thier dues with these options availabe reaaly believe that these fighters were world champions? They were american champions and nothing else. The soviets didnt break up then become good over night! 1 they couldntr fight americans, 2 you didnt get to see them! The US ruled a US belt!
