can anyone think of any up and comers that will be the future calzaghe, hatton, lewis etc.

i was at a matthew hall fight not long ago and he seems like he could be a prospect in the future

Saunders and Groves are 2 worth watching. I'm not sure Hall can go that much further TBH.

That dream lasted long. You've already pulled out. He's now fighting curly on the undercard of Nulty v Arran.

Within the next couple of years there are a couple of possibilities:
Kell Brook, Nathan Cleverly, Kevin Mitchell, Jamie Cox, Jamie Moore etc.

Some fighters that need a bit longer to develop that could be possibilities:
Tyson Fury, George Groves, '3 olympians', etc.

as kosaros said, and i like darren barker as well

  8. Brook, Moore, Olympians, Murray and Fury all have a chance of making it big. I also think Matt Macklin may suprise a few people.

good call, both him and Barker could be titlists after Pavlik and AA move up. middleweight is going to be barren.

  11. Yeah, Macklin v Barker could be a really big fight in a couple of years time. I just hope they avoid each other until then.

hall may not become a world title holder but he will do well in his career. very tight guard and good power. and exciting as well.

  13. I think he'll become a small hall favourite. I'm thinking he could be like Steve Foster Snr - a big following, decent fighter but might fall short at world level.

Really think George Groves has star quality.
The kid has something special, an ability to learn new things very fast and put into practice.
Plus he has the perfect attitude. Loves to learn and work hard.

Don't take my word for it, follow his career.

yeah groves looks promising, only concern is can he take a decent shot ....seen him go over a few times in the ams....also keeps his left low which in the ams he had a high guard....seems to be mimicking haye.
