Murray is a very uninspiring fighter. He seems to lack killer instinct. He likes to just coast in fights.

Eubank Jr hasn't proved hes tbe best middleweight yet but might on november 29th.

You are clueless...Murray is known for a good defence, how is Eubank better defensively? Which one of the bin men Eubank has fought allowed him to display his versatility?

Murray has a very basic high guard defence, it's the easiest defence that requires the least amount of skill.

Eubank Jr uses head and upper body movement and even a shoulder roll to some extent. Eubank jr has shown he can stand in range and still be hard to hit, while Murray either has to shell up or use his feet to create distance. Eubank Jr's defensive style takes greater skill than just marching forward with your hands up, which is why Eubank Jr is better defensively.

While it's true Eubank Jr hasn't faced anyone half as good as Murray he has shown a greater variety of skills than Murray who is a fundamentally sound but quite basic a fighter.

Murray tends to just stick to the basic jab, right hand, though he has shown he has other shots in his arsenal though not often enough. I will say Murray's jab and straight right are better than Eubank Jr's.

Eubank Jr can slip and counter, can box off the front or rear foot while Murray really only fights one way coming forward. When Murray is forced back he looks awkward. He didn't look great in the Bursak fight when he was forced back more than usual.

Eubank has also shown superior power. He's already had more stoppages than Murray despite having 12 fewer fights. So Eubank Jr being better defensively, better off the back foot and showing more power than Murray means Eubank Jr is more versatile, he has more ways to win and a more rounded skill set.
