British boxers that should have done better?

Laing without a doubt for me underachieved.He beat Duran and went missing for a year.

When Laing fought Duran he said it was the only fight he genuinely felt scared in for the younger fans Laing was a nightmare to face.

Herol Graham should of been a world champion.Julian Jackson a fight that I guess many UK fight fans remember.Similar to Laing a nightmare to face style wise.

 

Naz shouldv trained properly for barrera.

 

Robin Reid.... Good fighter blew hot and cold wonder how his career would have gone if he would have got the win in the Sven ottke fight maybe then would have got the rematch with calzaghe who knows

I thought Craig Mcewan would have had a better career. Great in the amatuers. Signed with GBP, and had Freddie Roach training him at the wildcard. Did not even win a dometsic title. Decent win against Brian Vera but not much else.

Naz did wins belts so he did achieve, but I think with his talent he should of proabably done better at the elite level

 

Yes, agree with Kevin Mitchell, as he had all the skills and power to have achieved much more. I still struggle to believe that Burns knocked him out. Mind you, he could still be in for a late career flourish.

Naz and Colin Macmillan under achieved big time given their respective skills, Naz in particular. As Stevie 79 says above, he could've been a multi weight superstar that lad.
