    Good stuff Bunce.

    Ever a chance of Jim Driscoll being the featured hero?

    Stracey last night. That was savage at the end. Eddie Futch needed to pull Lewis out and the ref was a total disgrace. Harry Gibbs looked gone from the opening bell. I'd forgotten that he worked that long.
    The atmosphere was staggering. adios.

    Driscoll=Best British fighter ever :deal

    No chance of a Benny Lynch one either then? Too old school I guess (footage rights/quality etc etc not being up to scratch), shame.

    How is he not? His resume is sickeningly good, the era he fought in one of THE most competitive of all time, and the ability he shows in the one decent bit of footage there is of him; I mean, wow.

    And yet he finished his career with top quality wins over ATG's.:-(

    Driscoll=Top 30 alltime fighter.

    Shame that Bunce.

    Hedgemon Lewis was quality, but by that time he was passed it. Gave Napoles a good fight in their first bout.

    ESPN Classic own the rights to the Driscoll footage I have seen, as I watched it from ESPN Classic.

    The guy said he is the most impressive fighter ever, when hes clearly not,

    now I'm sure your gonna say that I obviously don't rate him and all that, but thats bull**** I do rate him hes an all time great, but If you guys think he is the most impressive fighter ever (more than Robinson, Leonard, Whitaker, Duran, Hagler, Charles, Ali, Louis) then your are overrating his abilities.

    He definitly is up there IMO. I also think Jung-Koo Chang is one of the most impressive fighters ever, it dosent mattter a jot about reputation or record, purely on performance Driscoll is one of the best.
