According to the news, there are approx 20,000 travelling. Many had already arranged their flights before it was known the fight was taking place in a **** poor small arena(for a fight of this magnitude). Hatton was allocated 3900 tickets. Others will have obtained tickets via hospitality packages, others will buy tickets from touts. I know someone in England who had 16 tickets left and was asking £1000 for $1000 seats. he'd already sold 84. God knows how he obtained them. Brits are notoriously resourceful in getting into sporting events in large numbers even if the official allocation is low

There will be about 70% Brit crowd I reckon. All the northerners will have done double shifts in the factories for months for this. They'll be in that arena in force, don't you worry.

Hehe, it is true (kind of. Funny stereotype anyway) but I wonder what the Welsh would do for their tickets? Pawn their sheep in their extremely sophisticated city of Conway?

    ;)

Only joking boyo. I love Wales, used to spend each fortnightly weekend in Llanberis.

    Absolutely.

Wonder why the promoter didn't go for an arena with a much larger capacity.

Vegas being better positioned for collateral returns must be why.

A guy at my work sold 20 x $600 tickets for £1000 each in 2 days

Nice little way to earn £14,000 in 48 hours !

    Wanker !

What is ITV boxing? If you are refering to closed circuit, there will be plenty of places to see it in vegas

No,he means to watch the Amir Khan fight which is been shown on normal free to air UK tv.

NB. If IronBull is in Vegas then it dispels the rumours that he is really Amir Khan!!
