if tyson fury beats wlad klitschko again then it will have to be him tbh, wlad was the number 1 in the division for nearly a decade. if not then i would have to go with frampton, the reason i haven't went for him 1st is that leo santa cruz isn't the number 1 in the division and frampton could have been number 1 super bantam if he fought rigo and beat him.
