In the EBU lists however many challengers are considered eligible and capable to challenge for the title but setting the limit at 20. In some divisions this may be as low as seven. At the end of May British fighters held ten of the 14 titles and in two other divisions the mandatory challenger was British. I dont believe that any country has reached this number of ten champions simultaneously. World champions such as David Haye and Amir Khan are not eligible for rating, and they also list Willie Limond as WBU champion, although my understanding is that he relinquished the title some months back.
