Naseem Hamed- His level of performance dropped considerably when he didnt have his fanatic crowd around him. he was poor vs CESAR SOTO poor vs Mcoulough. Augie Sanchez etc

Hatton... Another who has looked very shakey away from home. Collazo Urango.

Calzaghe.....welll well see....hes suddenly grown a set of balls fighting a 43 year old in Vegas.

The crazy pro Brit crowd in UK makes a massive physcoligical difference to a fighter, and has always been a factor for the Brits. Even Manny Steward said it will naturally elavate the performance of the fighter.

    He makes a good point.

There performances got poorer because there life styles had changed got more comfortable and the level of there competition went up. Naturally a fighter will always perform better on his home turf infront of his fans and friends. It goes without saying.

Lennox is as British as Saddam Hussien. Castillo was shot. Curry was finished at the time. Barkley was 100 years past his best. shhhh

Why do we need a counter theory?

You cite two fighters and five fights in support of your 'opinion'.

One of the fights you cite was between two British fighters and all of them were won by the Brit :patsch

If that's not fighting well, we'll take that.

Your argument isn't worthy of a 'counter theory'

Well his birth certificate says British. Im not sure his allegiances lay here though. Or wether he fought from these shores because he was British. Back then there was a ton of US heavyweights who were making alot of noise. Either way he flew the flag and won impressively.

Lennox was born in London and grew up in West Ham then moved to Canada between the ages of 12/14. He holds a British Passport.

At the age of 12 I certainly knew my own nationality maybe you didn't as some of us grow up quicker than others.

As for Curry being finished thats just wrong as he went onto Jnr. Middleweight and won a World title. Honeyghan destroyed him and was awesome that night at Caesars Palace.

Barkley went onto win titles at Super Middleweight and Light Heavyweight after Benn blasted him.

Maybe you should study up before posting nonsense and Saddam Hussein ain't British but Lennox Lewis certainly is.
