England seem to have been **** at rugby for years. I wouldn't bet on them against the ladies team.

Plus everytime I watch them they play a turgid forward based game of rugby relying on Wilko to boot the egg over the posts.

Flutey isn't bad, I'd like to see us pick creative players, like Tait, rather than the likes of Noon.

Ellis offers far better service than Care, who reminds me of Gregan - during that little spell around 2002 when he was barely worth his place in the Aussie team. He takes a step, which he shouldn't need to, then delays the pass a split second too long, meaning the #10 doesn't have sufficient time to do his thing, so he has to stand deeper.... allowing the defence to fan out and close down the options out wide.

Vickery is done now, totally agree.

I got a free bet few months back of £10 to bet and put it on pac. But forgot the website I ****ing used. Thats a good bet wasted then. But, I fancy pac to win too fast and cotto is damaged goods. And a ward points victory hes too talented for kessler.

Go on oddschecker and look at something, it lists all the major bookies.

I might stick a load on Pac by stoppage. Cotto will struggle at the weight IMO, and stylewise Pac is wrong anyway for him.

I wouldn't personally. Only about Evens and Pacquiao wouldn't have got De La Hoya out of there who he hit at will. He might have KTFO out of Hatton but he had shown signs his durability had gone prior to that. Not absolutely sure he's got the power at welterweight, and even if he has Cotto has a decent chin and more importantly great recovery. Look at it this way, Margarito beat seven shades of **** out of him while walking through all his punches and it still look him until the 11th. Pacquiao won't be walking through all Cotto's punches.

Not saying it can't or won't happen, that was my initial instinct when the fight was made. Just not sure Evens is that great. I don't believe any of 4 outcomes are VERY unlikely. I'd go Pac decision, Pac stoppage, Cotto stoppage, Cotto decision, Draw. But Cotto's chances are about 30% altogether IMO so the Evens doesn't add up.

One factor which could be key is whether Cotto weighs 145 or 147, and if he does weigh 145 whether it affects him or not.

I will probably be watching the weigh in with my laptop in front of me, to see how he looks.

Betting against weight drained fighters has been a success before, Simpson vs Truscott II and Booth vs Hunter etc.

Like you say, evens isn't great though.

Cotto always looks pretty bad, we got to see how close to Malignaggi bad he looks if he does decide to come down to the catchweight.

Roach says they'll still fight if he's 147, I'm not sure if he incurs a financial penalty, I suppose he must or there would be no incentive.

    Have I missed something?

I know Pac is a bugger for catchweights but this is for wbo Welterweight strap so surely the 147 weight stands???

You can weigh in anything under 147 and still fight for the welterweight title. In the contract it is agreed they will fight at the catchweight of 145.

Cotto will presumably be fined for each lb over 145 he is.

I agree that if its a clause in the contract but then the 147 belt shouldnt be on the line!!
