One thing to note with Sportingbet is that they don't take long to change their odds. I remember when Danny Williams was pretty well price to be stopped by Chisora inside six rounds it was hammered into 1/3 very quickly. Likewise against Manuel Charr, Charr by stoppage started at 5/2. I had about £50 on, by 9am the next morning it was 4/11. You'd think they'd learn their lesson.... I think 8/15 is as good as you'll get on Ovil, unless a Welsh fan fancies a get rich quick scheme and lumps big on Enzo.
Get an account with them all is the best advice ocassionally someone will go up early and if you don't have an account that could mean you miss it. Would suggest Sportingbet,Betfred,Stan James, Bet365, Skybet, powers, Boylesports, Ladbrokes, have had a bit of all of them when they go up with wrong prices, best to spread it around as well otherwise they knock you right back. As it is they do this sometimes anyway but just a view that the ones above are the best for boxing.
Cheers micky, I was hoping one in particular had prices up early thus being better for Acca's or had method's, Over/under and round betting up, giving me more options. I find Sky have limited options most of the time.
I think its a case of some wait for others to go up and such like. The interesting bit can be when someone is very different from the rest, you would be surprised how often that is not that that bookie is wrong, merely they have a strong opinion and sometimes the value can be with the others who clearly disagree. I find personally its always best to have in your mind who you fancy and what price you would back it at, if you could afford it, that often tells me if the price is wrong. Example if I had £500 to spend this weekend (which of course I don't0 McKenzie I would have backed at 1/3 - £300 to win, therefore 8/15 is very good value for me. Cleverly KO/TKO would have backed him £200 at EVS, therefore 11/10 with Sportingbet is again value. God how I wish I had £500 quid to spend, still its fun thinking about it.
Wenger has ditched Santos and pushed Vermaelen to left-back, something I thought he'd have done for the Man Utd game, I still fancy Schalke though this might make a difference.
Nice to see some UFC comments in here mate :good Gomi odds look good value. Tough fight to call and no clear fav. Not sure I'd call Le v Franklin 50/50 though - from what I've seen of Cung, he throws some weird and wonderful kicks early doors, but seems prone to gassing later on. Franklin's conditioning is decent, and his striking is, in my opinion, more effective. I'd guess this fight will stay standing, with maybe a late stoppage for Franklin. Out of interest, which site do you typically use for your UFC punts?
i did your accy but swapped Schalke for Real Madrid for some reason i didnt trust them, all i need is for Madrid to score
I tried to get on the Draw at 9/2 when Arsenal were 2-0 up and as I bet Schalke scored and the ****ers proceeded with my bet but at 2/1 atsch
