I can see the scorecards being controversial. Plus there'll be a massively pro-Cotto crowd.

Another thing to consider about Trout is even though he may not have faced anyone on Cotto's level he's comfortably beaten everyone he's faced so far showing he's more than a few levels above the likes of Delvin Rodriguez.

One thing to take from that Delvin fight- Trout didn't assert his authority. He wad more than happy to win safe rather than really make a statement. Can't do that against Miguel.

Where would you all rate Cottos performance against Mayweather in his career?

 

Betfair very rarely offer multiples on Boxing, ive had it once i think but it was a big cross atlantic card. Best thing to do on BF is just back the Fury fight then whack it all on the Cotto fight. Obviously youre taking the 5% hit though.

 

Considering how everyone thought he was done after Margarito I it was one of his more impressive performances. Did better than he did against Pac for sure.

Think I'am going on fury KO on the basics they i think johnson will gas he looked terrible in prizefighter and unfit and he had time to prepare for that bear in mind he signed for this late I feel he'll most prob retire on his stool or the ref will step in rather than a full on KO, he's still not a bad fighter on his day but for me doesnt have a boxers heart and never seems committed....

Mayweathers legs are starting to go i think, but another facet has came through in that i think he does have some venom in his punches to gain respect when he sits on them, i dont know if it was more of Mayweather slipping or Miguel showing some renewed vigour but he seemed to do alot better than what i thought he would, i thought he would lose a very lopsided decision but he gave Floyd some problems. P.S I thought DeLaHoya sneaked that fight.

For sure he done alot better than what most thought he would, ive not watched it back from when live and i was at a party so couldnt concentrate but i gave him 4 rounds and he gave Mayweather all he could handle. Assuming he comes through tonight and looks decent, i give him a very very big chance of upsetting the applecart and beating Canelo.

 

Might back over 9.5 rounds in the Fury and Cotto fights. Evens with 365.

Trouts record is pure dog **** but Cotto looked bad against mayweather only gave him 1 round. Gotta be a cotto UD IMO

He's quite smart defensively actually, decent chin and movement.

Just very negative.

 

Pretty much managed to turn it around.

From potentially losing a grand I'm about £60 down.... I'll consider that a decent result really.

My success in the rugby union came back to bite me on the arse, got way over confident and lost £600 today.

Had some shockers trading on Betfair too, and had to take some risks to get back to a reasonable position.

Might take next weekend off.
