What is everyones opinion on the rose v alcine fight? I know the last we saw of joachim he was being destroyed by matt macklin but shouldnt he have enough to beat rose who isnt a puncher? the guy is a natural light middle and was a bit small up at 160 and he still managed to grab a decision win against dave lemieux. He is tricky and crafty and has fought much better opposition than rose. 5/2 seems an awfully big price. Thoughts?

I've got Harrison to beat Walsh, Bolton to beat Middlesborough and Forest to beat Barnsley. £20 returns £202.

Cunningham has got a bit of the ole Jermain Taylor about him. No way he is going the distance.

Have to agree, Rose is untested at even fringe world level.

3/1 available elsewhere as well pal.

Horse called "The Smart One" running tomorrow 1540 Newbury. I've got 100 on this. Exceed and Excel offspring are always good sprinters and this one will be no different.

25/1. Very weak in the markets but I'm confident enough for 50 e/w.

Was looking back at roses fights last night.whilst a very tidy domestic operator I fail to see him going much further without the power to back him up.Alcine looks very confident and relaxed In the interviews that are around and I think if he applies his speed of shot and uses his feet to create angles he may well turn rose inside out.Rose is used to opponents marching forward in straight lines....I'm on the Alcine express

Im defo backing alcine... i like Rose but i dont see him being great , although he did suprise me when he beat prince arron...u can get 6/1 in some places on an alcine victory which is worth a tenner.

dropped 40 on JLD on points

Looking through Alcine's record and still baffled as to why he's rated as some sort of the world level operator. He's lost handily to any decent fighter he's faced.

For anyone putting Cunningham decision sportingbet have the ko and decision odds mixed up, Cunningham decision is 16/1 with them, better put it on before they realise

I'd leave Rose vs Alcine, personally.
