From that list of fighters I would be interested to know exactly how MUCH input Paddy had.

In my opinion GG needs to bin Paddy off sharpish and find a more experienced trainer.

The Groves team lost the mind games as Froch ignored what ever they said including
No 6 is Froches bogy number and Froch kept quite as Groves walked about as if he was the champion coming across as being Arrogant and he was....

 

froch landed a lovely shot no doubt..... but beastly lmao he lost most of the rounds, fair play to carl but he didn't look any different to me at all.

Always a bit wary of trainers when they do One or both of two things

1--- Give themselves , Bigger Badder nicknames than there boxers

2---- Wear stupid hats or Bandanas , to get attention ,, makes me think why don't they just , run around with a big sign saying "" lOOK AT ME ,,, LOOK AT ME "".

Mckraken on the other hand , i bet you, he knew has much about Paddys way of training boxers and his methods than he knew about George .

On a much much smaller scale , i remember a ameteur club we used to compete against regular , and our lads NEVER LOST to that club , other trainers used to say how do you do it , and my answer was simple , ALL his lads fight the same , EXCATLY the way there trainer fought , and if they don't he'll kick em out , it was his way or the highway , so has long has your lad is good wth basic footwork he's gonna beat , Micks , flat footed, one loaded punch at a time , and block with there heads , Because they don't know any different . There taught like that , they spar like that and they fight like that .

And this second fight was WON IN THE GYM , and the preperation , Mckaracn and Froch a very hard combination to beat .

 

Was I stupid? Maybe.. I was a little drunk, it was more of appreciation of cotto as an individual, I respect him as a man, I think it's about time boxing gods will smile to him. He got ****ed badly by margarita, and never had success against the other 2.. But he tried his best!!! Now its time to make history!!!!
