Liverpool to win both halves against Pompey. 17/10 with Paddy Powers.

Should be no higher than evens, the starting line-up is quality.

What odds do you reckon I'd get on England to win a penalty shootout at some point in the World Cup?

Law of averages and all that...

Saw only bits of the Notts County game last night but a draw looked harsh on them to me. Looking like a decent side for accumulators though to the end of the season still.

    I'm going for this double

    Jerome Arnould over Jamie McDonnell
    Martin Lindsay over Jamie Arthur

Pays a modest 1.56 but I'm confident about this.

Me too ! .... but im liking Sizing Europe today 6/1 and Zaynar 11/1

Sizing Europe is a safe choice .. capt cee bee is a good horse and was going well behind Sizing when falling in ireland - but he has made a few novicey mistakes and round cheltenham thats gonna find him out and they will be going a decent pace .. the other fancied horse in the race Somersby could be lacking a bit of experience hes only raced 8 times and twice over the big obstacles he could be anything but i wouldnt want to take a chance ....

Zaynar very dissapointing last time up but he just didnt quicken in the ground .. heavy going at Kelso is unraceable elsewhere so think that excuse was plausible . He won the truimph last year and quickened beautifully up the hill - the grounds drying this year so at 11/1 going to run a good race for me in a very open race ...

EW double on those two :rasta

I've been haing a look at Zaynar. Could offer decent value EW. Also mulling over EW bets on Woolcombe Folly (25/1) in the Arkle at 2.05, Monkerhostin (14/1) in the x-country chase at 4.00 and Flat Out (20/1) in the opener at 1.30 (although this could be better in a EW bet w/o the favourite). Will probably go with 2 of the 3 small stakes.

Like the look of Go Native in the Champion Hurdle and Quevega in the last race of the day.

I had a good festival last year but don't remember struggling to make picks quite so much!

    Good Luck :good

Just had a look and that is a massive price. 8189/1 for the three wins. :rofl

Not even sure it's worth a 50p EW bet but now I've looked I've got no choice. :silly

I've gone with Villa to beat Wigan.....

Might lay a bit against Chelsea getting past Inter - if Hilarious is still in the side I think it's well worth a few quid.

I've had a shocking few days, blew half the profit (quite a lot :-()I made on the Pacquiao/Clottey fight on City beating Sunderland
