Yeah I ****ing hope people start backing up there words and punting on Shane...

I doubt the bookies will bite though, they're too smart for that.

Mayweather decision is a banker. 8/13 are decent odds with Boylesports, I'll be having some of that.

When the market first opened SkyBet were paying 6/4 for a Mayweather decision.

That didn't last long, if I'd had my wits about me I'd have loaded up something silly on that and waited until now and just laid off before the fight.

I think the market will stay pretty much as it is.

I hate fights like Mayweather - Mosley.

Typifies everything wrong with American boxing and the American boxing media.

I had almost even odds on the Adamek fight. Actually, at my bookie, Arreola was even the favorite. Adamek was like 1.92 and Arreola was like 1.87

Close but still...I won a lot on that fight. I put about 60 on the over and had about 130 riding only on Adamek (parlays included with some confident soccer teams) They came threw so my weekend was real good.

Mayweather will win, as everyone is stating in this thread, that is a fact.

You can only have sell so many genuine super-fights in one year (marketing and the audience won't allow for more, the TV networks know this and won't be making another super fight in a while) and this is a waste of one of them, featuring a big name fighter from a decade ago.

All the promotion is pumped into this one mismatch, everything else suffers.

Sorry mate i dont buy into that ... a year ago Mossley schooled Margarito in a brilliant one sided performance .... now we all know how good PBF is but this is his most dangerous fight ... if Mossley retains the ability he had a year ago then this will be closer than most people think ....

Personally i still think PBF on points but i wont be investing any cash on this fight .

Mosley was also beaten by Cotto.

Cotto was schooling him, until he began boxing like a clown (though Mosley did force this a little).

Mosley might win a couple of rounds, but it will be through aggression (and Floyd sitting back and cruising) rather than landing if he does.

I know but that goes against my betting theory of only backing on the fighters ultimate goal ...but agreed 8/13 looks inviting ! .... another defensive masterclass from PBF ....

I do think there is a slight possibility that Mosley gets pulled out late, although it sounds ridiculous on the surface. I'm anticipating Mayweather not pulling back this time and moving through the gears as the fight progresses, not resting on his laurels like he did with Marquez. If he unloads with bad intentions then Mosley could start to ship too many punches.

We hear that every Mayweather fight though and it rarely materializes. We always hear how he's letting his punches go in sparring and knocking guys out but...in the actual fight...

I thought he'd want to make a big statement against Marquez on his return.
