It's dangerous betting on dead rubbers this weekend.

    SWANSEA vs Doncaster 1/2

The Swans are a point behind Blackpool who occupy the last play-off place and simply have got to win. No ifs or buts.

Doncaster are mid-table - not going down/not going up... Nothing much to play for.

I had a look at that. Have you seen anything of Swansea recently? Their recent results have been poor but they used to play some good football . . .

Agreed you need to be careful but I think playing in front of your home fans for the last game of the season and wanting to finish on a high means there will be some value to be had still.

Plus I hate the thought of not having football to bet on for the summer break (bar the WC) so need to get in while I can.

. . . .probably means I'll lose my money so I'll keep it small. :!:

They've been playing well but they don't score enough goals. They've really missed Jason Scotland this year.

But Doncaster have conceded quite a lot lately and you have to assume Swansea will throw the kitchen sink at them.

I'd bet Blackpool as oppose to the Jacks.

    Maybe even a double.

West Brom to beat Barnsley should be of the safer options for your doubles or trebles. Swindon aswell, they can still get the automatic spot

Dont normally post in the betting forum... and i know im putting myself up for ridicule, but:
    Khan - Malignaggi at Ladbrookes
Malignaggi is at least 100/1 for every round in the individual round betting.

Surely if you've got a spare £12, its worth a bet, despite Malignaggi being feather-fisted.

    :think

Steve's treble, probably his last of the season and maybe his sixth on the bounce:

    Blackpool vs Bristol City 4/9
    Swansea vs Doncaster 1/2
    Grimsby vs Barnet 10/11

Don't bet on 20/20 cricket myself but...

Sri Lanka 4/6 to beat NZ tonight. Fancy their spinners will be key.

I like SL too but NZ always seem to punch above their weight in tournaments and they have dangerous players:think

If you've got a view you're willing to back up with money no ridiculing from me. However . . .

The combined record of the fighters PM has stopped reads an unimpressive 36-31(18 )-3. There's only been 5 of them.

There's no way Khan gets stopped imo. Even though he has question marks over his chin, despite his move up in weight, he's only once failed to beat a count (there was also the controversial long count against Limmond(?)) and that was against a heavy handed fighter. Can't see Khan, with his speed, being pulled out and so I can't see how the stoppage would come.

I'm sure you'd find a better 8-1 (effectively what your £100 return for a £12 bet works out at) shot somewhere over the weekend than this.

Massive props to you though if it comes off.

Khan does get back up...perhaps he might go down...but it is unlikely to be enough to keep him down...unless it is a Ottke - Mundine moment.
