You then get the "trying too hard to play effective footbal" element in the mix though. :hey

Suspect I'll take them in an accummulator somewhere.

    :good

What do you make of the inclusion of Grimsby? :?

They're without a win in their last 3 home games, but Barnet have lost their last 4 away from home.

They do but I gotta go with the class. NZ has some big hitters but very few of them are genuine class like Jayawardene or Sanga and I think they'll struggle with SL's spinners especially in these conditions.

Never know in 20/20 though...****ing Zimbabwe beat Aus and Pak in their warmups.

Yeah I don't think I've ever bet on them before but Steve said he's included teams who need to win. I haven't actually looked at their situation but you could always replace them with something a little safer at the expense of the price of course. Spurs to beat Bolton? They're very short though and rightly so I think.

Yeah and Pakistan won the last one in England out of nowhere. Best bets are probably Collingwood and Morgan to top score in Englands games with KP being a bit out of sorts recently. Those two have been fairly reliable

Yeah, they're solid presences in the middle order. I actually think for the first time in as long as I can remember England have got it pretty much right with their selection. Kieswetter and Lumb havn't got going in the warm ups but its an exciting combination, Lumb did well in the IPL and Kieswetter has shown glimpses.

The middle order is solid with Pietersen, Colly, Morgan.

Wright could be a good finisher, he's **** at opening but down there he could be useful.

Yardy is going to be hard to get away with those quick spinners he bowls, they've got 2 genuine spin options with Swann which is key in 20/20.

The seam bowling is pretty good, comparable with most teams except maybe Aus who have a lot more pace.

Looks nicely balanced, probably their best chance of winning a limited overs competition for a while or atleast going far. They're still way back in the outright betting though

Lewis-Dickinson over Leon Williams tonight in Prizefighter? 4/7

Not seen Williams but just checking the common opponent is interesting. Williams = shut out loss to Rasani. Lewis-Dickinson = clear win over Rasani.

Surely the odds are only that close because their records are similar.

Grant , a word of catuion on Blackpool ... i live in this part of the world and everyone all season has said theres been no level of expectation on the club and what they have achieved has been brilliant ... but now all of a sudden with one game to go there IS a massive level of expectation that the club can make the play offs . Could this be there undoing ? and also the new manager syndrome at Bristol ? I hope not there a good bunch at Blackpool and would love them to take City apart .... its set up for a ******* ...
