Anyone doing the 'underdog' McDermott tonight? Fury has had hardly any sparring, is heavy and was already 'beat' by McDermott in the first one.

 

Yep. Opened a new account with Paddy..... and got the free bet. Had my £40 on him at 2-1 then Paddy Power matched it too. If he wins I'll get £200 back. Me and my mate went £20's each on it but he only wanted the first not the free one so he'll get £40 and i'll get £160

 

Sounds like you didn't tell him about the free bet offer!

 

I did mate. He's a professional better. Thats what his livelyhood is pal. He cannot create any new accounts with the bookies because they have him marked. He has letters from all bookies stating his business is no longer required. Only william Hill allow him to bet in their shops too. But only at a profit of £14. So he can only bet £1 @14/1, £2 @7/1 etc etc

What he does is pass tips out to people and goes halfs with them. For these free bets he takes only a split of the original bet and nothing off the 'free' bet.

Nice lad like, Beeston's met him too. Anyway I think McDermott will scrape through a tough tough fight.

I bet if you put £100 on every Man Utd and Chelsea match over the season (no doubles) you'd be quite a bit up at the end of each season.

Betfair have a offer. Free £25 bet if you lose. You open an account and bet upto £25. If it loses you get a free bet of £25 - I was thinking £25 on Germany to beat England 3-1 @ odds of 40-1. Thats £975 :yep
