****ing hell.... pissing it down :nut Getting twitchy about my Wigan pick, though it's a bet to nothing after I laid the cricket bet off and have a guaranteed profit :happy Wigan drifted a bit now on BF, 5/4 - Leeds 10/11. I just think that Wigan are the better side, Leeds edged them in the Cup in the rain but a last gasp try having been outplayed :think
Mixed feelings now :huh Wigan always play well at Headingley, the twats. Oh well, £120 profit should make up for it..... if they get the result.
Cheers to Beeston/Hitman - stuck Wigan in a treble with NZ and Marquez. Don't often watch League, but that was a good game.
There are a few contributors that are into League - me, mryeags, Hitman and punchdrunkgench. Any thoughts on tomorrow's games lads? I might have a small double on Hull winning at Quins and Saints away to Warrington - who I'm not all that big on :yep
http://www.oddschecker.com/rugby-league/club-rugby/super-league/warrington-v-st-helens/winner Agree with you there Beeston Brawler, 7/5 is a cracking bet for Saints to win at Warrington. Warrington are flat track bullies, they never do it against the big teams and if the weather had been better a few weeks ago, they would have lost against Wigan. Quins v Hull is a bit of a 50/50 and I arent too sure on that, maybe if I had to put my neck on the line, I would go for Quins.
Even though I think Australia will win the World Cup, I think New Zealand (-6) at 10/11 is too good to miss tomorrow.
Tomorrow. I'm not convinced by Australia - they lost to England atsch and New Zealand always blow it in World Cups. None of the teams are up to much apart from them really, what are Argentina like right now?
****. Didn't Scotland just beat them twice in Argentina? Don't forget the Aussies were functioning without a scrum against England (and still are to a certain extent) - they are on different stratospheres as sides.
That saints game has got me thinking... Kentucky fried cunninghams back which is a huge boost for saints but how much will they be eyeing that challenge cup game next week ? ... tough one to call and Wazza have recalled King and Louis Anderson .... I like Hull away in London ...they have the aussie forwards Shrek and Fitzgibbon back but still missing Long.. In the NRL Sydney Roosters 7/4 against the inform Eels looks good... Eels have been so reliant on Jarryd Hayne but Roosters welcome back Mitchell Pearce and that frees up Carney into 5/8 ...hes ****ing brilliant .... there the underdogs but for me a good bet :good
