If Toney doesn't win I'll be pissed. If that doesn't happen and it isn't a Couture round 1 win, I'll be REALLY pissed.
I think a Rd 1 victory is very likely either way, surely. Either Toney is out of his depth against that grappling bull**** and gets hammered or Couture's going to be shocked by Toney's punching and natural fighting ability. You should be safe with that bet, hopefully. But if it goes into Rd 2 it must mean Toney's doing better than expected dealing with Couture and he'd have a good chance still.
Anyone fancy this double with Sporting Bet? Frenkel to win; rounds 1-6: 7/2 Bellew to win; rounds 1-6: 6/4 Both together is just over 10/1. £5 = £56.25 (inc. stake)
Quite a good value bet that...I see some shrewd picks from you...Kos is a dark horse in the betting thread :deal Bellew in rounds 1-6 at 6/4 is very surprising. Well, Frenkel at 7/2 as well actually but I understand it a little more given Enzo's stock is suddenly higher.
Shouldn't 'Bomber' be odds on to stop a guy like Ajisafe in 6 rounds? I know he's never been stopped but he's a clear class below Bellew and hasn't fought any really hard punchers. Another example of the highly favourable odds offered by Sporting bet.
Great value. Ajisafe looks a bit sloppy and wide too me so Bellew can really dig that straight right down the barrell. I fancy him in 6. Frenkel is the sticking point. I am holding out in blind hope more than anything that Enzo might be able to pull it off.
Enzo definitely has a chance. Frenkel has that fraud look about him. Kind of reminds me of a better version of that lanky sack of shite Kretschmann. Tall, robotic, lacks imagination, could be easy to tag I reckon. I see that fight as more or less a shoot out and will likely end in 6 rounds either way because they're both big punchers that are going to be there to hit. Enzo especially has an awful chin, we don't know about Frenkel's but all things being equal personally I'd price them up at about 13/8 each to win in 6 so certainly 7/2 could be profitable given he might only need to land one punch on Enzo.
I try my best. Boxing and Arsenal are the only things I would be confident on betting on without taking anyone else's advice. Don't have a clue about rugby, cricket, tennis, darts etc. which are other popular sports on this thread, although I do watch the latter two occasionally. He was down in the 1st round against McKenzie too. Something Sporting Bet might not have realised :yep
James Toney 5/1 Enzo/Frenkel Under 6.5 EVS Bellew Rounds 1-6 6/4 ------------------- £10 wins £300 I'm so tempted to take advantage of Sporting Bet's odds with this. I think if Toney just somehow pulls it off tomorrow I'm in a very good position to lock in a profit with this. Or just run with it. I'd be quite confident with those two bets to come.
I wish I shared your optimism in JT, admittedly I know next to **** all about this wrestling bollocks though
£2.50 on this and £2.50 on the same but with Couture round 1 to try and cover it (cover £2.50, what a cheap ****er I am).
I've done that before, Tommy, covering what seems to be every imaginable outcome... always manages to **** up one way or another
Anyway, other bets I think could be profitable. Fury/Gavern to go the Distance 10/11 (Really excellent card to play in a double or just load up on, its an 8 rounder against a guy it took Boytsov 7 rounds to knockout...hows this not going the distance?!) Wladimir Klitschko by KO TKO or DQ 4/6 (Fat Sam is going to retire on his stool again, obviously going to get schooled and stopped by his corner or knocked out...he's not going to take 12 rounds of punishment no way no how) Derek Chisora Rounds 7-12 3/1 (Don't see how it going a similar way to the first way with Chisora taking longer to wear him down can be too farfetched...good price) Ryan Rhodes by Decision or Technical Decision 9/10 (Pretty standard bet, Evens on pts against a guy he has a huge stylistic edge over, whos never been stopped) Cleverly and Murat to go the distance 11/10 (I fancy it will go the distance, simple.)
