    The bookies aren't as clued up but neither are we.

    The price edge the bookmaker has kills betters in friendlies because unless you are an insider for one of the teams you can't be assured to have knowledge about something in a friendly match because we don't know the intentions. You can't really get a value or knowledge edge.

    It's not a great mystery that I do well on Icelandic football because I get fed tidbits from people close to the game, I do better on this than any other league just for that reason. I do 20% better on that than any other league, and I do better on each league I am more familiar with each time, which goes to show knowledge is key in betting and I don't think we have enough of that in friendlies.
