Gutted. Missed the fight. Just checked to see how my bet was coming along...pff.

 

The Lebedev bet was always gonna be a difficult one. I'm sure someone could quickly remind me but for starters I can't even remember the last time a foreign boxer won in Germany, let alone won by decision.

The Lebedev stoppage, esp if you went for rounds 7-12, I think was still decent value and on another day might have come off but Huck was just smart enough to stay away and nick the decision.

 

Only Haye managed it as it was quite clear, even though 1 judge gave it a draw.

 

Oh yeah. Plus I just remembered about a year ago when Eddie Chambers pummelled Dimitrenko around the ring for 12 rounds to earn a majority decision as well :good Gotta love the Germans!

 

Won by 28, best bet of the NFL for me is Philly just to win, im on at 27/20 on the moneyline with bet365, i think philly shouls be -3 and not the giants, big value here with the underdogs.

 

I have £5 on pascal to ko/tko/dq Hopkins at 11/2.

Long shot but Hopkins has to age at sometime and pascal has about the right speed and power to make that happen tonight.

 

Lost 155 on pascal to win on points lastnight, although of the bet involved paulie to win on points too, big failure ........but.......I had a cover bet of 5 on the draw at 33/1 PHEW! 10 up so lucky escape, but need to get back the 80 I lost on the man utd arsenal game.

 

Seriously pissed off over what has been the worst weekend of betting Iv ever had!:fire After winning around £150 last week on various bets including Macklin, Bellew, Dortmund, Man Utd and Hearts I had the following bets on for yesterday.

£25 on Lebedev KO.

£50 on Dortmund (Had won 8 out of 8 away and Iv used them as a banker nearly every week this season).

£10 on Blackburn/Coventry/Mainz.

£25 on Hopkins points:twistedbut Id put this bet on weeks ago).

Return = ZERO!!!


To compound the agony I spent the last few rounds of the German fight trying to find somewhere to bet on Huck points victory as I thought there may be foul play at work, except I couldnt find anywhere in time and we all know the rest!

So today I had one last bet, just to try and salvage something from the weekend. Nothing major just £10 on Catania/Juventus which would have returned about £50. All was going well, both teams 1-0 up for most of the match but in injury time Juventus conceeded an equaliser!

A huge loss of money, but Im more annoyed about the way it was all lost! If I hadnt won the money in the week leading up to this I think Id have been close to the edge!

I know, thought it was dead and buried and gave up on it, turned it back over when they were driving and 31-24 down, was all set for OT and then Maclin has that return, awesome game!
