Prescott was 80/1 to win in the first round too. Obviously I had absolutely **** all on it but somebody will have made a killing. The way Khan was fighting back then he definitely had a blowout loss coming. I know it's not related to boxing, but in-play Ireland were 100/1 to beat England in the cricket earlier this year.... and were 100/1 for quite a while before the odds were suddenly slashed to 6/1 in about three seconds flat. I'm pretty sure I watched that in the pub, my mate had a fiver with me that Ireland would win. Keep taking the **** saying you should have had it with the bookie, would have been £495 better off :hey
I was going to post that I didn't fancy Jenkins too strongly vs Pipe purely because of Pipe's style. Jenkins ought to be experienced enough to not let it get to him like it did with Newton. Lewis is there for the taking if he beats Jones. Notice Jenkins rarely gets hammered. Win or lose they're close games usually so if he gets to the semis I'll lay him off but not before then.
Was gonna suggest Celtic as a great bet due to Rangers' utter shiteness atm, however, the weather up here is horrendous tonight so wont be lumping on, might even go for a few small bets on the outsiders for each game as I can see it being farcical conditions for most games ...
I had 50 on the stoppage at 10's and 3 pounds on the first and second rounds which were 100/1 at Ladbrokes!!!! Cracking night in town that night
Just had a look at the Darts tonight, And I've just got a nice chunk on Anderson to hit the 1st 180 against Peterson and Lewis to hit more than Jones, The double pays just over Evs at Skybet :yikes
I bet. I'd have blown it all trying to bag some sket who was way out of my league. It's been known to happen before
