It's been a massive year for British boxing, Eddie Hearnz has put on 28 shows across the UK and USA and also signed a massive promotional deal with DAZN with plans to branch out into European territories next year. Hearns year to date highlights include: Usyk v Bellew Joshua v Povetkin Whyte v Parker Whyte v Chisora 2 Joshua v Parker Bellew v Haye 2 We have also been treated to some absolute stinkers like Okolie and Amir khan v Beppe de Marco and his Kansas city diasaster. Frank Warren has really surprised me this year. Just when you think Hearnz has him dead and buried he rises from the grave Tyson Fury style to end the year on a high. He has put himself under massive financial pressure and is obviously taking huge financial risks and I think this has to be respected. His revival of Tyson Fury has been an absolute masterstroke and his handling of Josh Warrington has been excellent and a bitter blow to Matchroom. Frank has put on 17 shows this year and highlights include: Fury v Wilder Warrington v Frampton Warrington v Selby Frampton v Donaire Frank has also had his fare share of stinkers and seen some of his fighters careers go down the pan (Sanders, Barret, Skeete, Smith, Flanagan, Jones, Frampton and Murray) and his comical handling of Anthony Yarde continues. The Sauerlands while not strictly British have featured many British fighters on their cards and have bought us the 'World Boxing Super Series' format which has been warmly received amongst boxing hard-cores. A formidable achievement in itself which has already created one undisputed champion and due to the prominence of British fighters on their cards I have included them in the vote. Frank Warren can f**k himself after taking Boxnation subscriptions for the first 4 months of the year and then moving his stable across to BT. I'll give it to Mick Hennessy. X2 remortgages and a stable thinner than George Groves's Barnet, yet he still sticks around. Good on ya , Mick.
hearn done better events this year like he always does not by much thou with the warrington saga. Bigger names with signings and fights again by a distance , not talking wilder vs fury as it was abroad, Even thou the cards have not been great on either of the main promoters, i have preferred warrens matchmaking over hearns.

Three world title fights that had one fighter was at odds of 1/6 or shorter to win in each of them and two non title fights. Say what you want about Frank but at least he manages to put on world title fights that have a semblance of competitiveness about them .
How many shows has Warren put on. Not many. A majority of them in Brentwood leisure centre. Weirdly both Hearn and Warren are putting on shows that have zero hope of even half filling the o2 on at the o2. Hearn's probably spreading his cards too thin compared to 2-3 years ago and thats only going to increase with 60 shows next year and no new Olympic cycle for another year and a bit ( and who knows if there are any stars in that group) but for me he's the clear winner in the UK.
He gets an awful lot of stick, but the two Warrington fights and Fury/Wilder were extremely entertaining. Signing the 3 featherweights and matching them together so quickly was great.
i loved the barrett vs clarke, woodstock vs sharpe , catteral vs tennyson he has had really good fights, its shame alot of people don\t attend warren shows, and other ways i dont blame them. what annoys me thou is when hearn fanboys laugh when he sells badly. why should give a ****, if there are decent fights on. Also considering how big hearn is and his events are mainly bigger shows, there have not been that mainly good fights considering the level he is at.
