No, it's time to move on from the tired Las Vegas superfight formula.

Yes and I've been saying this for years.. Although it would have to be in the desert as there's just nowhere big enough?? I don't think so anyway...

There's no demand for it as has been said before.

How's it going to generate money when there isn't a massive fight on?

It would be the biggest waste of money ever...

Another question...anyone suprised somewhere like Dubai hasn't hosted a massive boxing superfight? They're paying for other sports to be there like tennis and golf etc.

A stadium like that costs a billion dollars. Who is paying that? How are they making their money back? Think it through.

i remenber on the rather lame piers morgan programme about vegas that they are building the biggest complex on the strip and it is all about shops and restaurants and not gambling and sport events,
if they do go down the stadim rote i hope they do a better job than the recent one we had at west ham,

Ive been at the back of the M.E.N. and its hard to see the fight in good detail, and that isnt close to 100,000, there wouldnt be a point sitting in the cheap seats there, im not into going and watching on the big screen

Who is paying? It's not like building a football stadium where theres football once or twice a week and a full gate to pay it off. 'Vegas' type fights happen typically every 4 months or so. Can you even guarantee that most of these fights will sell that out? I doubt it.

It doesn't work on a business level, or any logical level.

100,000 Pointless, I think they should increase one of the casino capacity more than the usual 15,000 to more like 20,000 +

    No.

100,000 seats would be far too many. Imagine sitting at the back of the Nou Camp watching a boxing match. Better to just watch it on the telly. 40,000 or 50,000 is more than enough.
